Where Business Needs Meet Innovative Learning: Transforming real-world issues into impactful learning experiences.
Featured Project
Responding to a Rees Alarm Event
Do you have what it takes to respond to a Rees alarm and save lives?
This client stores blood products that hospitals depend on to save patient lives. The Rees Monitoring System is designed to alert blood services workers when storge equipment temperatures approach unsafe levels.
This scenario-based eLearning module is designed to test blood services workers on how well they respond to these Rees alarm events.
Microlearning Example
Inappropriate Access to Protected Health Information (PHI)
This project is an example where my team used microlearning to solve compliance, safety, and HR training issues. This example course was built for Corporate Compliance, but we built similar courses for Safety and HR to alleviate training exhaustion and make the training more relevant to our audience.
App Simulation Example
Creating Materials In LEaP
In this project, I was asked to create simulations on how to perform certain functions in an application called LEaP, ARUP’s LMS. This course is one of many courses built to facilitate training on LEaP.
